Very clean and professional. My daughter got her ears and helix done and I got both Tragus done. An absolute awesome place to go for a piercing. Suzy was great. She was precepting someone (I didn't catch his name) and the thoroughness in which she explained every step of what she was doing and why she was doing it showed she really knew her stuff and he was getting a great opportunity to learn from a master. I have gotten 4 amazing pieces from Doug so far (including my first tattoo), and I look forward to many more. He puts in amazing effort. The other artists here are friendly even if you aren't their client, and come over to compliment the work. The shop is a really well designed and decorated space, and also super clean. Any piece you are getting here is going to be great.
